Tender Description
Port Stephens Council invites tenders for the provision to construct a Lifeguard Facility situated at One Mile Beach, Port Stephens as per the attached Tender documents.
The project will provide for the demolition of the exiting surf lifesaving facility and replacement with a new facility in the same location. The new facility will include storage areas for surf lifesaving equipment, unisex staff amenities, a first aid room and a viewing tower. The project will reinforce the use of the site as a community facility that enhances the safety of patrons to One Mile Beach and increases the capabilities of lifeguard services in the area.
A pre-tender meeting will be held onsite on the 27 April, 2017 at 10am.
