Tender Description
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the reconstruction of Old Wells Road, Patterson Lakes.
The scope of works for this contract include the following:
* Reconstruction of a 940m length of road, including new concrete kerbs and asphalt re-sheet
* Profile and re-sheet of a further 265m length of road
* Construction of 2 new roundabouts
* Reconstruction of swale drains
* Construction of new stormwater pits and pipes
* Public lighting upgrade
