Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the Construction of Parking Bays in Leeds Street, Doncaster East (between Tristania Street and the Koonung Creek Linear Park). These parking bays are to be constructed in replacement of the existing informal parking bays.
Works include:
* Demolition and site preparation works;
* Earthworks;
* Concrete works;
* Pavement works;
* Road furniture;
* Bollard and fencing works;
* Landscaping works; and
* Reinstatement works.
The full extent of the works is shown on the drawings and described in the specifications and related documents.
Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in TenderSearch. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal tenders will not be considered.
