Manningham City Council is calling for Expressions of Interests from suitably specialised, qualified and experienced service providers for the management of Council’s bus shelters, including advertising, to enhance and support the existing and future bus shelter infrastructure.

Council is ideally looking for a progressive organisation to achieve value for money services to supply, install, clean, maintain and advertise on Council bus shelters and provide a financial return to Council. Council, however may entertain proposals which encompass other methods of delivering innovative solutions for this service. The successful contractor will assume ownership and be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all shelters for the duration of the proposed contract and provision of new shelters.

Tenderers must complete the excel document EOI Bus Shelter Advertising and Maintenance following instructions found in worksheet; 'How to Use this Document.'

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal EOI's will not be considered.
