Tender Description
Description: Tenders are hereby invited for construction of a new Airport Terminal building at the Quilpie Airport. The project consists of the construction of a purpose designed airport terminal building. The building is steel framed with timber infill, clad with a combination of steel and rendered walling on a concrete slab. The building area is approximately 340m2.
The scope of work includes all associated sub-trade works including electrical and plumbing installation. The tender will be awarded based on an analysis of weighted selection criteria. Notwithstanding such analysis, Council reserves the right to select the submission that in view of all the circumstances appears to be the most advantageous. The contract will be awarded late April with commencement expected during May. Strict timeframes on completion will be required due to external funding constraints.
