Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠LWP is the Project Manager for the highly awarded Ellenbrook development. Ellenbrook is one of Australia's largest land development projects and will ultimately consist of more than 10,000 allotments and 30,000 residents. Launched in 1994, Ellenbrook has achieved 23 years of continuous development and has constructed more than 8,000 lots to date.

LWP is seeking Registrations of Interest from Landscape Construction Contractors interested in being included on a panel of landscape contractors, suitably qualified for the purposes of tendering for Landscape Construction Works in association with the construction of streetscapes, public open spaces and other sundry landscapes within Ellenbrook.

The works may include the following:
* Demolition and clearing;
* Bulk earthworks, site works and prepared soils;
* Site services infrastructure including water, power and gas;
* Specialist engineering works including civil engineering and hydraulics;
* Artificial lake and pond construction including hydraulics and electrical;
* Structures and built elements including structurally engineered elements;
* Plant supply and planting (green stock), including advanced tree transplants;
* Park furniture supply and installation including signs; and
* Administration of works by nominated subcontract artist.

The term of the panel is for two (2) years, commencing in June 2017.
