Tender Description
To seek a partner to commercialise Albus Lupin variety WK338.
The successful Licensee will be responsible for the commercialisation of the variety.
This process will include the production of high quality pure planting seed for growers in the target regions. It will also include the production of Variety Factsheets and other promotional material in conjunction with NSW DPI for growers and seed sellers and all the usual licensee activities including monitoring the market, protection of intellectual property in the variety and collection of end point royalties (communication, field days, participation in meetings etc.).
Albus Lupin selection and evaluation is a collaborative research program between the NSW Department of Primary Industries (NSW DPI) and the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC). Primarily, the program seeks to identify advanced breeding lines suitable for eastern Australia.
