Structural Steel Supply and Fabrication

⁠⁠⁠Jemena is seeking a fabricator to provide design, procurement, fabrication and of structural steel for PCCS and MICS facilities. The scope of works include, but not limited to:
* Supply of all materials
* Structural steel fabrication of typical items such as pipe supports, access platforms, equipment supports etc
* Non-destructive examination
* Hot dip galvanising

It is expected as part of the scope of works, the Contractor will be required to:
* Produce detailed shop drawings based on information supplied by Jemena
* Develop and qualify welding procedures according to AS1554
* Qualify welders according to AS1554
* Supply materials and fabricate structural steel according to AS4100 and Jemena Technical Specifications
* Perform non-destructive examination for all welds as required by the fabrication code
* Complete wet dip galvanising of all bare steel surfaces in accordance with Jemena’s Technical Specification
* Prepare and deliver a comprehensive Manufacturers Data Report including welding dossier and material test certificates for all materials
* Submit regular progress reports to Jemena
* Participate in project kick off and regular progress meetings with Jemena
* Ensure completion and delivery within stipulated time frame and budget
* Delivery of structural steel to both sites at Warrego, Northern Territory and Mt. Isa, Queensland.
