Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for concrete and landscape construction works including ramps, stairs, stage, seating areas, synthetic grass, planting and civil drainage works at Ipswich East State School, located at Jacaranda Street, East Ipswich QLD 4305.
Tender Submissions will be accepted from Building Contractors with a QBCC builders licence and previous school / landscape experience.
Please email Craig Gralton at Giarola Architects at craig@giarola.com.au with your company QBCC licence details. A link with the Tender Documents will be emailed to eligible building contractors that meet the tender requirements for this project and are licenced to undertake all the works.
An optional site inspection will be held at Ipswich East State School on Tuesday 28th March 2017 at 3:30 pm.
Submissions close on Wednesday12th of April 2017 at 3:00pm - tender responses are to be emailed in PDF format.
