The Yarra Ranges Shire Council,(‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Provision of Road Pavement Rehabilitation - Old Emerald Road, Monbulk (Melways Ref Map 123A9) and Wellington Road, Wandin North (Melways Ref Map 121A1).

Works are comprised of two (2) projects:
* Project 1 - Reconstruction of the existing road pavement in Old Emerald Road Monbulk between Monbulk Road and The Regional Soccer Facility East of McAllister Road; and
* Project 2 - Reconstruction of the existing road pavement in Wellington Road Wandin North between Warburton Highway and Alfred Street.

Projects must be priced separately and be completed by no later than 31 July 2017.

Tender submissions must be received by 3.00pm Wednesday 26 April 2017 or as otherwise changed by addenda.

Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
