Tender Description
Providers are invited to respond to a Request for Tender to work with EMPHN in producing a report that will inform the design of the solution of the Eastern Health Better Care Victoria project.
This Tender requires completion of Part E - Response Schedule (Prequalification) and a response from EMPHN to proceed to the second online Form Part E - Response Schedule (Selection Criteria). Selection Criteria can be found in Part B - Service Requirements for Respondents when RFT documents are downloaded.
Prequalification closes on 28 April 2017.
