Moreland Council is seeking a panel of contractors to provide Strategic Property Development Advisory Services which includes:
* Business Cases and Funding Strategies
* Strategic Property Advice - Feasibility and Development
* Property Market Engagement and Networks
* Development Management (Commercial, residential and mixed use)
It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that tenders are received in the tender box by the deadline. Ensure your tender is loaded and submitted prior to the submission time. Note you should commence this well before the submission time (consider commencing 24 hours prior) as you can experience any number of problems and the server can be under load near tender finalisation.
Tenders not submitted in time will not be considered.
