Kororoit Creek Primary School Canteen

⁠⁠⁠Kororoit Creek Primary School is calling for expressions of interest to operate the school canteen from Term 3 2017, for a period of three years, with an option to renew based on performance evaluation.

The school canteen will be operated by a provider independent of the school. The provider will be required to have their own Public Liability Insurance, Food Safety Training and Working with Children Checks.

The school canteen operates 5 days a week and provides daily lunch orders and counter sales during recess and lunch breaks. All menus need to be within the guidelines of the Schools Canteen Policy which is available on request. There are 1160 students at the school.

Expressions of interest need to include the following:
* Background information about the provider / operator including legal structure (whether sole provider, partnership, company)
* Experience of the provider in regard to canteen or cafe operations
* Services to be provided to the school including integration with the schools fund raising activities
* Sample menu/s with prices, indicating any 'home cooked foods
* Fees payable to the school
