Numurkah Aquatic Centre, Pool Hall Heater Upgrade- Installation of Pool Hall Heater Unit

⁠⁠⁠Moira Shire Council invites submissions from suitably qualified organisations or individuals to undertake the installation of an upgraded swimming pool hall heating and cooling system, including the upgrading of the electrical supply system at the Numurkah Aquatic Centre.

The heating/cooling unit will be supplied by the Council. The Installation Contractor is to arrange with the Supply Contractor for the timing of the delivery of the unit to the site for installation. Note: Details of the Supply Contractor, and the heating/cooling unit, will be supplied when available following the closure of the Supply Contract.

The installation works include:
* Disconnection and removal of the existing system
* Upgrading of electricity distribution boards and supply cables
* Supply of all equipment and materials other than that supplied by the heating/cooling unit supplier
* Installation of a new heat exchange climate control system
* Commissioning of the new system
* Undertaking minor structural strengthening works of the existing plant room roof for the new infrastructure.
* Clean up of the site

The specification can be found under the tender details tab. Council have recently converted to an online tendering system (TenderSearch), which means the specification no longer contains any schedules for manual completion.

All schedules are now in an electronic format and are referred to as online forms. They are all in a editable word format in order for you to download, complete on your computer and upload with your submission.

You will see the online forms when you log into TenderSearch, click on the response tab and you will see a small rectangle box called "online forms". Click on this box and it will take you to the online forms. Now you will need to do is answer the questions and/or open the blue underlined attachments related to each question, save it, complete it and upload with your submission with any supporting documents.
