Tenders are invited for the purchase of the following Council owned properties:
* Lot 7 Stephen Street is a vacant lot, has an area of 988m2 and is zoned residential R5.
* Lot 6 Robinson Street has a fibre three bedroom one lot area of 1004m2 and is zoned residential R10.

The dwelling has had restoration and improvements works undertaken to it in recent years and is in very good condition.

Properties are to be sold on as is basis. Inspection of the properties can be arranged by contracting the undersigned on 99341202.

Tenders close 3.00pm on 29th March 2017 and tender must be either submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Property Sale Tender”, be posted to PO Box 61, Northampton, or placed in the tender box at the Northampton offices of the Council, or can be emailed to ceo@northampton.wa.gov.au upon first contracting the CEO advising that the tender is to be emailed.

No tender will necessarily be accepted and the canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify.
