Goulburn Murray Water manages water-related services in a region of 68,000 square kilometres in northern Victoria, and the major irrigation systems of the Goulburn Murray Irrigation District (GMID), surface and groundwater extraction throughout the region, 16 major storages and undertakes a variety of rural water related infrastructure and technical services for over 35,000 customers, including irrigators, domestic and stock users and urban water corporations.

Goulburn Murray Water (GMW) wish to establish a Panel of Suppliers for the provision of Workplace Compliance Electrical services under a standing Offer Agreement. Workplace Compliance Electrical Services across the GMW Area of Operations which includes is but not limited to the following:
* Portable Appliance Test and Tag Compliance Testing
* Exit and Emergency Lighting Compliance Testing
* Fixed Residual Current Device (Safety Switch) Compliance Testing
* Investigate, fault find and troubleshoot
* Minor repairs in relation to workplace electrical compliance (Ancillary Works)
* Minor new works (Ancillary Works)
* Asset registers maintenance, scheduling and reporting
