Mitchell Shire Council, in conjunction with the Victorian State Government, are seeking to procure design and construct services to deliver a new Community Centre. The building will incorporate at least two early learning centre rooms and associated multi-purpose spaces, consulting rooms for maternal and child health nurses and allied health professionals, and spaces/amenity that can be used by community groups.

The construction of this new facility will deliver a welcoming, vibrant, inclusive community hub that brings children, young people, families and older residents together. The centre will offer early learning programs; maternal and child health services; child and youth programs; community health and wellbeing services; lifelong learning opportunities; community gatherings and social connection.

The centre will meet the learning, health and wellbeing, social connection and community engagement needs of the existing and emerging communities within the Greater Beveridge area.

Tenders are invited from 9am Monday, 6 March 2017 and will close at 2pm Friday 31 March 2017.
