Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the construction of a new car park at Reserve 1000 Sports Complex, located at the end of North Street, Caloundra.
Works include, but are not limited to:
Stage 1 – 130 parking bays
* Site access and establishment including traffic control measures;
* Car park construction;
* Earthworks and storm water works;
* Removal and disposal of unsuitable materials;
* Improvement works to existing car parks;
* Bio Retention Basin;
* Bio Garden;
* Concrete footpaths;
* Associated landscape works including reinstatement to excavation areas, embankments and swales; and
* Turf and plant establishment, and three (3) month maintenance period.
Stage 2 – 70 parking bays
* Site access and establishment including traffic control measures;
* Car park construction;
* Earthworks and storm water works;
* Removal and disposal of unsuitable materials;
* Bio Garden;
* Associated landscape works including reinstatement to excavation areas, embankments and swales; and
* Turf and plant establishment, and three (3) month maintenance period.
