Newcastle Airport Pty Limited (NAPL) is seeking suitably qualified organisations to provide principal design consultancy services for the construction of a proposed temporary (5-7 year design life) 500-space car park, a dedicated rental-car back-up facility and an extension to the aircraft apron within the Aerospace East Precinct at Newcastle Airport.
The services required incorporate site survey and service location, geotechnical, acid sulphate soil, groundwater & soil contamination investigations, planning, civil engineering, pavement design, traffic management, stormwater management, flood impact assessment and quantity surveying. The deliverables include the preparation of concept and detailed designs for tendering the works and to support development and construction certificate application submissions to Port Stephens Council.
