Tender Details
Tender Description
The Australian Government, represented by the Department of Finance (Finance), invites tenders for the provision of property related services for the Commonwealth Property Portfolio, in accordance with this approach to market (ATM).
This is a two-part ATM, comprising Part A and Part B. Part A contains the Tender Registration Form and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which Prospective Tenderers must complete (without amendment, other than where indicated) and return to PSP_Tender@finance.gov.au in order to access Part B, which contains the detailed request for tender (RFT) documentation.
After receipt by Finance of the correctly executed Part A documents, Prospective Tenderers will receive instructions on how to access Part B containing the RFT documentation.
Details of the opportunity:
The Government announced the establishment of Whole-of-Australian-Government (WoAG) coordinated procurement arrangements for property related services in the 2016-17 Budget (the Arrangements). Finance recently appointed a Strategic Property Adviser (SPA) for an initial 12-month term to provide strategic property advisory services, including the provision of a WoAG Leasing Strategy.
Under the Arrangements, Finance is also engaging a number of Property Service Providers (PSPs) to deliver a range of property services, including leasing services and facilities management services, to entities under a number of work packages in a manner that is consistent with the WoAG Leasing Strategy. The Arrangements will cover office accommodation, shopfronts, and the Commonwealth (non-Defence) owned estate. Other property types may be included as appropriate.
The PSPs will be required to deliver management services, leasing services, facilities management services and additional property related services as required. Leasing services to be provided will include lease planning services and lease management services. Facilities management services will include building services, preventative maintenance, help desk, reactive maintenance, and associated management services.
Prospective Tenderers can tender for one or multiple work packages, details of which form part of the RFT documentation in Part B.
