Transport for NSW Roads & Maritime Services (RMS), is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of a Heavy Vehicle Inspection Site.
Location: Yass NSW
Landlords and agents are invited to submit Expressions of Interest that complies with the general specifications:
The following will be considered in assessing the EOIs:
* Preferably have an enclosed drive through facility approx. 30m x 10m;
* Have a heavy vehicle inspection pit minimum length 12m with 1.6m depth and 1m width;
* Have a hard standing area available at the entrance and exit to the facility for heavy vehicle parking;
* Permit Vehicle access height of not less than 5m;
* Incorporate office, washroom and kitchen facilities (preferred);
Additionally, prospective applicants should be advised that RMS will only be using the site on an itinerant basis and will not occupy the site full time.
Expressions of Interest are required to be submitted by no later than 3.00pm Friday 17 March 2017. Late submissions will not be accepted. TfNSW-RMS is not obliged to accept any offer.
