Final Invitation for Expressions of Interest for the Lease and Operation of the Barmah Caravan Park

⁠⁠⁠Moira Shire Council (Council) is seeking proposals for:

* the lease of the Premises from Council for a maximum term of 21 years
* the management and operation of the Premises
* improvement works to be undertaken at the Premises.

Respondents are expected to make their own assessment of the scope of improvement works, and the scope and quality of services and base their offer on such assessment.

Council's purpose in undertaking this invitation for expressions of interest is:

* to enable Council to identify respondents who have suitable skill and experience in managing and operating caravan parks and otherwise meet Council's objectives
* to give respondents the opportunity to make an initial response.
