Tender Description
The Mid Lachlan Alliance (MLA) of Forbes, Lachlan, Parkes and Weddin Councils are working together to:
1 - Review their internal systems to improve financial outcomes and linked to the IP&R process to meet new legislative requirements (Draft Fiscal Responsibility Action Plan - FRAP); and,
2 - To review three selected service areas with a view to improving efficiency in delivery to better meet community need in the most cost effective way (Draft Service Review Action Plan - SRAP).
The Request for Tender (RFT) and associated documents are available through TenderLink. The Alliance is looking for a reverse brief for either or both of the FRAP and SRAP that identifies how much can be delivered for the nominated budget. The tender response must take into account for each; the indicative participation of each Council, both individually and/or in an alliance with one or more of the Alliance partners. These interest areas and the priorities are set out in the indicative FRAP and SRAP attached.
Potential tenderers are required to lodge an interest to attend a compulsory meeting with the project manager (Project Agent) through tender link in accordance with the RFT.
