Ausgrid invites the lodgement of tenders in accordance with these RFT documents to companies capable of completing the Branxton Zone Substation Mobile Equipment Room (MER) civil works.
Successful companies will be required to provide holistic services including but not limited to site preparation, excavation, drainage, basement construction, footings, conduit installation, pavement, ground finishes, documentation, services, fencing, landscaping and revegetation while in control of all aspects of the works engaged as the Principal Contractor.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on site at 10:00 am Tuesday 7 March 2017 on site at Branxton Zone Substation, 79 Fleet Street, Branxton NSW 2335. All prospective respondents must attend this meeting.
Respondents must satisfy the following mandatory criteria:
* Attendance at the pre-tender meeting;
* Demonstrated experience in delivering works within live substation environments;
* Submission of completed Tender schedules by the Closing date;
* Have a third party accredited safety system to AS4801:2001
* Have a third party accredited quality management system to ISO 9001:2008, and
* Have a third party accredited environmental management system to AS/NZS 14001:2004.
