Tender Description
Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) is seeking to build a relationship with an ICT Supplier for the delivery of the following Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services (ICT Services):
(i) IT Service Management
(ii) Managed Application Services
(iii) Managed Network Services
(iv) Managed Data Centre Services
(v) End User Compute (EUC) Services
(vi) Managed IT Security Services
Currently some of these services are delivered in house, while others are delivered by a number of suppliers. Going forward, QUU wants to move to a model where there is one major Supplier providing the ICT Services to QUU. The Supplier may supply the ICT Services through back-to-back agreements with multiple other suppliers, but QUU would prefer a Supplier who provides most of the ICT Services within their own organisation.
Additionally, QUU is looking to partner with a Supplier that:
(i) can provide input into QUU's strategic direction for architectural and business objectives;
(ii) is a proven innovator in the delivery of ICT Services and/or who can add value to QUU’s operations in QUU's core service of delivering water and sewerage services to QUU’s customers; and
(iii) can work with QUU to continually improve the delivery of ICT Services.
