Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Building companies for the demolition of the former Cunderdin Incorporated Club Building, and refurbishment of the former Cunderdin Tennis Club Rooms, both located in Lundy Avenue, Cunderdin.

Expressions of interest are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Expressions of Interest - Demolition and Refurbishment” and addressed to the undersigned at PO Box 100, Cunderdin WA 6407.
EOI’s close at 4:00pm on Friday 31st March 2017. Late submission will not be accepted.
