Relocation and/or Sale of Portable Buildings (Municipal Accommodation Project)

⁠⁠⁠The Yarra Ranges Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced parties (‘Tenderers’) for the Relocation and/or Sale of Portable Buildings (Municipal Accommodation Project) (“the Service”).

The purpose of this EOI is to understand supplier interest and capability for the provision of the Service outlined in the attached EOI5395 Brief.

Council anticipates that the Service will be required between December 2017 to October 2019 depend on the office redevelopment program (yet to be finalized).

Please Note: A Compulsory site tour and walk through will be held at the Yarra Ranges Council Office at 15 Anderson Street Lilydale during the week starting 13 March 2017. Tenderers must attend and must also indicate their intention to do so by contacting Regan Ivill at r.ivill@yarraranges.vic.gov.au with details of proposed attendees.

EOI submissions must be received by the EOI Closing Date or as otherwise changed by addenda.

EOI submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the EOI closing time as per the Conditions of EOI document enclosed. Please zip your EOI submission together with any other relevant documents and upload the zipped file as per the instructions within the EOI.
