Tender Description
Kinesis, acting on behalf of Northern Beaches Council, is seeking a Request for Information (RFI) from suitably qualified and experienced organisations capable of funding the construction of, and delivering, sustainable infrastructure to the Ingleside Precinct.
This sustainable infrastructure focuses primarily on the delivery of recycled water utility services to Bayview Heights and Wirreanda Valley, as well as South Ingleside and North Ingleside. This RFI also seeks interest from parties on the delivery of "value added proposals" that offer services beyond water infrastructure, including the construction, delivery and operation of low carbon and renewable energy services.
