Sale of Property at Lots 157 & 163 England Crescent, Perenjori

⁠⁠⁠In accordance with s3.58(2) of the Local Government Act the Shire of Perenjori is to dispose of by public tender two industrial property’s at lots 157 & 163 England Crescent, Perenjori.

Persons or organisations submitting a tender should do so in writing with a signed form of offer and submit the tender marked as “Confidential Tender” by the closing date and time. Late tenders will not be considered.
