Grace Park Hawthorn Club is due to open its new clubhouse in May this year. As a premier sports and social club for over 100 years, the club seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations and people. The ability to service a range of food, including snacks, functions of all types to 150 pax, a bistro menu and such, is essential. This will be a 7 day operation.
Consideration may be given for the operator to control both food and beverage operations. Expressions of interest submitted in writing must include an overview of your business, current sites in operation and a selection of menus such as one function and a bistro offering with indicative pricing.
