Tender Description
The scope of works is for the supply and installation of all materials for the Landscape works associated with the project. They are as follows:
1 - Landscape works and drawing are attached
2 - Any comments in relations to the water reticulation supply you will be connecting into that are required for your scope of works. The CC drawings for the water reticulation is being drafted as we speak and therefore your comments will be useful.
Provide your details in the attached documents and provide rates in the Bill of Quantities. Kindly provide your inclusions and exclusions and include any items that have not been accounted for. All works to be carried out to comply with:
* Drawing and specifications attached
* Australian Standards, BCA and relevant legislative requirements.
Understanding that some of them are DA drawings, construction drawings are being drafted currently. We will be happy to review your quote at that time to capture any variations.
