Tender Description
Tender documents may be collected from the Curra Country Club bar during opening hours and require a $20 refundable deposit on return of tender documents.
Tenderers are to register their name, company name and ABN and contact details when obtaining the tender documents. Tenders must be lodged with the Curra Country Club by close of business on 18 February 2017 in a sealed envelope.
Only the successful Tenderer will be notified by the Curra Country Club Committee and other Tendereres will be notified via a notice on the Curra Country Club notice board.
The lowest Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
The Curra Country Club Committee will enter into a contract with the successful Tenderer but if mutual agreement cannot be reached on the final contract terms, then negotiations will proceed with the next suitable Tenderer.
