Tender Description
The Commonwealth intends to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Multimedia Technology Contractor to undertake the development, supply, installation and commissioning of the following:
a. A centralised multimedia server system (media and audio);
b. Wireless and cabled networks;
c. Beacons or other equivalent user tracking technology;
d. Display hardware including leading edge flat-panel displays and screen mounts in various sizes, touch displays and infra-red backed touch tables, localised spatial recognition cameras and projectors (estimated approximately 320 individual UHD (4K) screens and 10 projectors);
e. Cabled infrastructure;
f. Show-control software which controls the sequencing of lighting and other theatrical elements of the interpretive design;
g. Ambient and directional speakers;
h. Video distribution systems; and
i. Loan smartphone devices.
