Tender Description
The purpose of this procurement is to engage a suitably experienced provider to undertake the evaluation and review of the Jobs Victoria Employment Network (JVEN) over the life of the program. This engagement will enable DEDJTR to evaluate the impact and performance of the JVEN program including assessments of appropriateness, efficiency and effectiveness. Evaluation information will be used to drive learning, continuous improvement as well as any applications for ongoing funding.
The successful provider will be expected to make use of utilisation-focussed approaches: while the provider will remain independent of program delivery and all evaluation recommendations will be provided independently, the provider will also work in partnership with DEDJTR staff to ensure that performance information meets the information needs of the Department and is used to drive decision making.
