Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified builders for the construction of stage 2 and 3 of the Collet Barker Court development.
The 7 x units and clubhouse will be constructed from concrete slabs, timber framed walls and roofs with metal roofing and fibre cement clad walls.
The works include site works, the construction of retaining walls and roads.
