The Melton City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Respondents for design works to construct a new Sports Pavilion, Sports Pitches/Ovals, car park facilities and landscaping at Taylors Hill West Recreation Reserve.

The Project Scope is:

TAYLORS HILL WEST SPORTS PAVILION
* Eight Change Rooms to Football Australia and AFL standards.
* Social and Club Space.
* A Commercial Kitchen and canteen facility.

TAYLORS HILL WEST SPORTS PITCHES and OVALS
* Four Soccer pitches, two these being natural grass and two being synthetic.
* Suitable buffer zones and protection around each playing arena.

TAYLORS HILL WEST RESERVE CAR PARKING
* Car parks to service the Taylors Hill West Children’s and Community Centre.
* Car Parks to service Pavilion and Sports arenas.

TAYLORS HILL WEST RESERVE LANDSCAPING
* Landscaping of Pavilion
* Landscaping of car parks.
* Landscaping of Oval surrounds and street frontages
