The Clayton South Regional Landfill User Group (“User Group”) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor/person to Site Manage the Clayton Road Landfill site during its rehabilitation stage.

The ‘User Group’ comprises the municipalities of Boroondara, Stonnington, Monash, Glen Eira and Whitehorse.

Tenders are sought from suitably qualified contractors/persons for Site Management of the Clayton South Regional Landfill Site located at 654-718 Clayton Road, Clayton during its rehabilitation stage.

The site has now ceased all operations as a landfill and transfer station. Two separate capping contracts are in progress. Capping and associated gas extraction infrastructure works are expected to be completed by March 2018.

This is a lump sum contract due to commence 1 May 2017 for a 15 month period with optional monthly extensions.
