Request for Tender: Gravel Re-Sheeting of Duncan Road

In Summary:
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for gravel re-sheeting works on selected portions of Duncan Road.

The Works consists of the re-sheeting of multiples of 500 meter longitudinal sections of Duncan Road within the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley including the delivery and placement of shale road base material.

The sections of road that may be subject to re-sheeting works are as follows:

The schedule of works is not necessarily the final works list to be performed under the Contract and is expected to be reduced as necessary to accommodate the Principal’s budget. A Contract will be awarded for the proportionate number of 500m longitudinal sections that can be accommodated for within the Principals budget.

Clarification to tender details must be in writing and sought via the Shire’s VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Monday 13 February 2017.

Tenders must be submitted via the Shire’s VendorPanel website www.vendorpanel.com.au/swek.

The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 24 February 2017.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
