At VicRoads we are committed to building a highly capable, optimistic, confident, innovative and engaged workforce, where learning is embedded into our culture and everything we do. We have numerous learning and development initiatives and programs that support our employees in building their capability. One of these initiatives is to provide all employees with access to internal and external training courses and programs through an online database. The database is used to advertise and promote training opportunities that target VicRoads’ core capability areas.
VicRoads invites interested education and training organisations to be part of a panel of suppliers that will provide training and development solutions by:
* Providing a streamlined process for VicRoads employees to access the provider’s publically scheduled face-to-face courses, this most likely will be through publishing and advertising the supplier’s courses through VicRoads online database.
* Provide contextualised learning solutions to VicRoads as needed.
