Tender Description
Some key components of the Stadium Drive Transport Interchange road and construction works include:
* Roadway widening of Stadium Drive to incorporate new 3 m wide taxi/bus bay (over 80 m long) plus approach & departure roadworks. This work includes full pavement construction.
* New car park off Phil Hawthorne Drive (approx 109 m x 51 m)
* Over 0.4 lineal km of new kerbing/dish drains
* Over 0.5 lineal km of new footpath and cycleway.
* Over 0.4 lineal km new stormwater pipeline system (up to 450 mm dia)
* Over 0.2 lineal km new potable water reticulation system (up to 200 mm dia)
* Removal of redundant stormwater and potable water pipeline system.
* Low height landscape retaining wall and embankments.
* A pre-tender meeting is to be held on Wednesday 8 February 2017 at 1.30 pm at the corner of Stadium Dr & Phil Hawthorne Dr, Coffs Harbour. Attendance at a pre-tender meeting arranged by Council is compulsory in order to submit a conforming Tender.
