Tender Description
The Teacher Housing Authority of NSW is seeking expressions of interest from licensed real estate agents for property management services.
THA owns and manages residential accommodation for teachers in rural and remote areas where the private rental market is deemed to be inadequate. This service is considered vital support in the delivery of education in these areas.
In each of these areas THA engages a local managing agent to manage its properties and provide teachers with a local, responsive and accessible tenancy management service.
Expressions of interest are sought for the following areas:
A. Walgett & surrounding districts
B. Griffith & surrounding districts
C. Bourke & surrounding districts
D. Temora & surrounding districts
E. Nyngan/Trangie & surrounding districts
F. Gunnedah & surrounding districts
G. Broken Hill & surrounding districts
H. Wellington & surrounding districts
