Tender Description
Western NSW Local Health District (LHD) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to partner with the LHD to supply and manage Support Workers and specialised Allied Health personnel to Bathurst and Dubbo voluntary Mental Health Sub Acute inpatient program.
This program is known as the step up step down program and the model of care. Please refer to the attached document "Appendix 1 - Model of Care.pdf".
