Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This Invitation to Offer is designed to result in a set of Standing Offer Arrangements, (SOA). Arts Queensland will seek offers from the successful SOA suppliers for Architectural Services for Brisbane's Cultural Precinct.

The Term of the SOA Contracts is for an initial term of three years with the Principal's option to extend the term for two optional extension periods of one year each.

Tenderers must have at least one office which is within 20km of the Brisbane CBD.

There will not be a briefing session or site inspection.
