Tender Description
Works to be constructed under this Contract comprise the replacement of the existing (ornate) Bicentennial fence located in Bradfield Park, Milsons Point.
A breakdown of the work required is as follows:
* Access and safety;
* Dismantling and tipping of all components;
* Replacement of all components with newly fabricated items;
* Preparation of all components;
* Application of protective coating system (primer and intermediate coat);
* Assembly of new components;
* Application of UV-resistant epoxy sealant to all joints; and
* Application of protective coating system (top coats).
Normal building practice and all applicable standards and building regulations shall be complied with during the course of the work
