Expression of Interest - Solar PV Power System

Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd (PBPL) is investigating the development of a 3 MW PV solar system. PBPL’s preference is to install a ground mount system.

PBPL seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified contractors who meet the following criteria:
* Demonstrated experience in designing and installing solar PV greater than 1 MW
* Demonstrated experience in operating solar PV installations greater than 1 MW
* Experience in installing ground mount systems
* Demonstrated financial capability to undertake a design construct contract of this scale
* Demonstrated participation in the sector of at least five years.

As a minimum, the following documentation must be supplied as part of the EOI comprising no more than ten (10) pages:
* Contact information of nominated representative
* Organisation’s capability statement
* Overview of previously completed projects
* Details of any technical or technological differentiators
* Details of any delivery framework (if applicable).

PBPL would also be willing to explore alternative delivery and operational mechanisms, including a managed service delivery with an offtake agreement and other similar innovative delivery and operational models.

An Unincorporated Joint Venture or Partnership must provide documentation of its intended teaming arrangement and demonstrate its collective pre-qualification of the minimum criteria.

Contractors operating under Trust arrangements will not be considered. PBPL reserves the right to accept or reject any EOI, or alternatively to accept no proposal, as it sees fit.
