Tender Description
This contract is for the provision of investigations services for the Department of Local Government and Communities (DLGC) and will cover the engagement of investigation services for the following areas of specialty:
1. Investigation of Financial Interest Allegations (s5.65 Local Government Act 1995);
2. Investigation of Misconduct Allegations within local government; and
3. Providing complete investigative services as required for major inquiries into local governments. (Part 8 Division 1 Local Government Act 1995).
