Hobsons Bay City Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to install Large Scale Solar PV Systems at Six (6) Community Facilities in accordance with the requirements of this Specification.

The service consists of supplying all labour, expertise, supervision, materials and equipment necessary in installation, commissioning, monitoring and ongoing maintenance of the solar PV system (“the system”) at six (6) council owned facilities:
* Altona North Library
* Laverton Community Hub
* Newport Community Hub
* Williamstown Library
* Newport Gardens EYC, and
* Altona Meadows Library
