Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the Provision of Under Excess Claims Management Services.

Council requires an external Claims Manager to assess and manage its under deductible Public Liability / Professional Indemnity Claims on its behalf. Council will benefit from the expertise of an external provider who has experience in the government sector and exposure to other Councils’ claims.

The tender requires the tenderer to complete the Tender Form details including qualifications, experience, trading history, Risk Management processes, etc. Once submitted Council will conduct an evaluation against its criteria (which may entail subsequent interviews, requests for further information or reference checks for potential tenderers) and appoint a successful tenderer.
