Tender Description
The Archives requires the supply, installation, warranty and maintenance of a number of high end photographic material scanners for the digitisation of photographic negatives and transparencies, to meet stipulated specifications. The final number of scanners purchased will depend on the price offered and the Archives available budget.
The Archives is seeking to contract for a period of three years. The Archives may extend the contract for further periods not exceeding three years in aggregate.
