Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠17012 - Note: This Tender supersedes Tender 17007 and changes have been made to the documents (including the Specification). It is important that Tenderers read and understand all documents (parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) promulgated within this Tender 17012.

Suitably skilled, qualified and experienced Contractors are invited to tender for the design and construction of a new Class 7b shed, with an importance level of 4, (the proposed Wallumbilla Combine Emergency Services Centre), to be located at 1-3 Russell Street Wallumbilla Queensland 4428.

The successful Tenderer will be required to:
* Supply and construct a fully enclosed seven bay Industrial Shed;
* Supply provisional “P” cost items for the supply of all materials and completion of all internal carpentry works;
* Supply a provisional “P” cost item for the supply, placement, compaction of sub base material and yard/drive sub base material;
* Set out and placement of base pad and concrete slab;
* Supply and installation of electrical fixtures and fittings (Provisional “P” cost items for Enclosed Rooms).

NB: Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Trades & Associated Services (Building - QBCC Low Rise Minimum) have previously submitted compliance information (in the pre-qualification tender); accordingly, eligible suppliers will not be required to fill out the full response. Please follow the prompts in the response document and the checklist on last page.

Respondents to tender 17007 will not be required to submit a full response to this tender. Over the next two business days advice will be promulgated via the forum about the response requirements for these businesses.
